I have more than ten years of experience in a multicultural and multilingual environment made me able to deal, motivate and lead different teams in managing new and challenging projects across several areas of the Company.Managing cross-functional projects helped me to improve the ability to anticipate businesses needs and to build robust processes independently from the area in which I've been asked to give my support and knowledge: from the high level management of the project passing through contractual agreements with customers, to the operative assement of a Regulation ConformityI have experience on the European Regulation for Independent Repairers (RMI), SERMI and GDPR interpreting the norm and ISO related documents and also experience in the ICT sector with various cloud provider (e.g. AWS).This, in cojunction with the other non technical skills gives me the possibilty to provide the best support and consultancy at 360 degrees.Some experience of writing code for both software and Linux systems complete my profile.I never stop to learn from the ongoing activities or studying new subjects: I always try to connect the different things I learn even if from different sector. Like I did with photography, ICT and the project/process management where I created and developed a system that helps sport photographers to send in realtime pictures to a server that automatically rescale images, applies the watermarks and share the folder with anyone is needed. This should also be used in particular situations where the Network may be unstable
