My main role is the day to day running of the installation division of DMN I was promoted to Operations Manager after successfully taking charge and methodically completing a difficult machine moving job. I travel around the country and abroad overseeing various site surveys quoting, risk assess and plan work i.e. job requirements, labour, tools and equipment. Writing risk and method statements.I manage the heavy plant installation and removals as well as the building and supervision of Etap hotels which means i can easily adapt to any given situation. I work from scale drawings. I can also fabricate steel structures and have carried out this work at supermarkets such as, Sainsbury's, Tesco's, Morrisons.As Operation Manager at DMN, I have achieved all targets and completed many new business contracts increasing company turnover from £2.4m to £3.7m in my first year running logistics due to my hard work punctuality and professionalism. Establishing an excellent rapport with directors and senior project managers securing a £2.5m yearly contract.

I have been a highly motivated Railway Professional of 15 years, with an excellent working knowledge of all railway aspects including management, signalling, maintenance and footplate. My roles have included working on the passenger side and freight side of large public organisations such as British Rail as well as private enterprises.I first joined the railway as a carriage cleaner then passed a 12 week Course achieving a 100% pass rate.
