Later in The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), I was able to experience different sectors (Financial Services, Pharma, Telecom, …) and functions (Strategy, Marketing, Operations, …) in an international environment, completing my education with an MBA at Insead. I was then hired by Banca Intesa to start up the first Italian “bad bank” for NPL management, Intesa Gestione Crediti (IGC). Following the bad bank sale to Merrill Lynch and Fortress, I was in charge of the Change Management process for the merge with Italfondiario, still as Head of the Organization Dept., taking on also the responsibility of the relationship with our customers (several banks and Financial Institutions) and supporting the scouting for new customers. As an Independent Management Consultant, I followed many projects, in the online travel agency (OTA) sector, in the Financial Services, and the development of a new business as independent Board Member for a financial intermediary; as a Founder, the creation of a start-up in the NPL sector to provide business information.In Cerved Credit Management Group, I followed M&A projects in Italy and abroad and various improvement initiatives related to the Distressed Real Estate and UTP / NPL management, serving also as Board Member. Currently, I moved to the commercial side in Cerved Group as Senior Key Account Manager, managing a portfolio of Financial Institutions customers exceeding €22Mn in sales.
