RelativityOne Implementation Specialist is responsible for understanding client usage and capabilities for all RelativityOne products and offerings across the spectrum of the EDRM. Implementation Specialists play a key role in supporting Relativity’s customers with all implementation activities. Responsible for providing customers with guidance and expertise to successfully set our customers and prospective customers up for success in RelativityOne.* Lead implementation activities, including but not limited to Proof of Concept, New Customer Implementations, Data Migration, New or Updated Products related to RelativityOne.* Provide technical guidance to help customers use the RelativityOne system successfully, and enable customers to understand and utilize our software in optimal usage.* Act as internal subject matter expert for RelativityOne within the organization and as it relates to the Customer Enablement team.

* Assess, manage, and respond to customer inquiries regarding Relativity workflow across entire product line.* Assist in on-boarding new customers and help maintain customer health via onsite visits or remotely as needed.* Serve as subject matter expert for internal teams, co-create training and certification content.* Create and deliver both pre-scripted & custom training materials to customers as needed.* Serve as client surrogate across Relativity to ensure that end user’s perspective is voiced during product development cycle.* Provide thought leadership to the industry by writing blog articles and presenting and/or otherwise participating in industry events, such as Relativity User Groups or e-discovery industry trade shows.

* Conduct project design meetings for litigation teams consisting of attorneys, paralegals, clients, and vendors, and advise legal teams on litigation technology requirements. * Perform software administration of Concordance FYI, LiveNote and a variety of other Litigation Support applications. * Manage production projects in both TIFF & native form. * Manage vendors to assure that high-quality data deliverables and services are provided within the negotiated schedules, budgets and specifications. * Maintain and troubleshoot variety of litigation review databases (perform data normalization, maintain tracking of data loaded/reviewed).* Perform quality assurance check and load data and image files from vendors into litigation support database applications.

* Manage offsite document review involving 20+ contract attorneys. * Consult on and perform electronic discovery involving a variety of computer software and databases. * Conduct data management activities involving electronic discovery in respects to document reviews and document productions.* Provide general user support for litigation support software, imaging, and printing/blowbacks projects.* Prepare legal teams for trial by transferring databases to trial laptops.

* Manage the daily operations of a 7 member support team. * Provide technical/software support for 700 + users in the Western Hemisphere offices of Baker & McKenzie. * Conducted one on one specialized training on firm applications.* Provide phone and desk-side support of firm software. * Troubleshoot Network Problems involving LAN and WAN.* Participated in creation of documentation for Help Desk troubleshooting procedures.* Specialize in Remote Access troubleshooting.* Responsible for Help Desk Staff after hours support.
