Primary Role- Responsible for leading a team of content developers and facilitators thru all Enterprise Conversion/Integration Training. Partnering with key stakeholders, business leaders and associates from within the bank to design and develop course curricula and instructional materials. Work and experience includes project management, vendor management, change management, creating new courses/programs to support on-going development needs, enhancing and improving existing course offerings and proper selection of “content distribution” tools, methods & best practices to optimize skills based Training & Development. Created and implemented Talmer Bank's Retail Management Training Program.
