I led a department responsible for managing over $600MM in classified loans and was successful in reducing the classified assets portfolio by over $300MM within a 24 month period. Through my may years of experience, I have been instrumental in guiding two banks out of a consent order and implemented processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies while improving credit quality, minimizing expenses and improving recoveries for the bank.My area of specialties include monitoring of strategic action on Legal matters such as Foreclosures and Bankruptcy, in addition to workouts, short sales, note sales and recoveries.
