SebastoSol is a solar photovoltaic project ready to start construction on Q1 2022 and commercial operation from december 2022, has approved connection to the Colombian National Interconnected System SIN in Primavera ISA InterColombia 500 KV Substation, and are located in a right riverbank of Magdalena River, the main in Colombia, in Santander Department, with port, railroad and road operation available, (iii) 510 MW solar PV power plant (Urrá Solar), located in Colombia, to be hybridized with an existing 340 MW Hydro Power Plant, (iv) run on the river Hydro Power Plant for 300 MW, or 700 MW if a dam is included, in Colombia, (v) a run on the river Hydro Power Plant for 120 MW, initially in a partnership with GPG Naturgy (GasNatural-Fenosa), Spain, but now has been totally reacquired for Hidroeléctricas de Suroeste, located in Antioquia’s Department, Colombia, (vi) a run on the river Hydro Power Plant for 270 MW, or 560 MW if a dam is included, in Colombia, (vii) four Small Hydro Power Plants SHP’s Systems for 72.1 MW, in Colombia, and (viii) 5 SHP's for 37.3 MW developed and sold or join ventured in different negotiations.
