I am currently working at the company HN Services as Business Analyst.As a BA I’m developing and implementing the process for the creation of new software or app tailored to the customer needs. This process involves gathering requirements from the client, description of those requirements, find a tailored solution for the client with a team of software developers. Create user stories, and validate them with the client. Create planning of the execution with the Product Owner and Developers, after that motorize the development process of the new product until the delivery to the client.The interaction with different departments is constantly a challenge and helped me grow in my softs skills.In my whole professional experience, I'm used to dealing with customers, and suppliers and being a bridge between them.I am accustomed to working under pressure.It’s always a challenge when the clock never stops.
