As a Major Account HCM Consultant with ADP, I work with business owners and C-levels inside of midsized companies in Louisiana and Mississippi to positively impact their cost of goods sold by improving business processes around their largest expense-Employees.With ADP's world class technology, I help clients increase efficiencies by streamlining and automating areas including Payroll Administration, Human Resources, Time and Labor Functions, Employer Taxes, Benefit and 401k Administration and Talent Management. Ultimately, my goal when engaging a client is to increase their bottom line while reducing corporate risk.
