Nova Energy Star S.A.S. E.S.P., hereinafter referred to as NES, is a Colombian company dedicated to the commercialization of electric energy. Its main focus is to supply energy to different types of companies in the wholesale market MEM through the sale of energy in both the regulated and non-regulated markets.Year 2021 (fourth quarter): NES is established, obtaining all the requirements and licenses to compete in the Colombian energy market.Year 2022 (first semester): Market entry is achieved, and initial synergies are developed with suppliers and customers. This leads to the acquisition of the first contract with TECNOELITE ENERGY.Year 2022 (second semester): More than 3 million dollars in bilateral contracts are obtained between regulated and non-regulated markets, supported by insurance policies and bank guarantees.Year 2023 (first semester): Bilateral contracts worth more than 25 million dollars are executed between regulated and non-regulated markets. Additionally, the fiscal domicile is moved to Medellin for strategic purposes of presence with the largest energy companies in the country.Currently, NES is registered as an electric energy marketing agent before XM. Its experience in the wholesale market (MEM) is backed by specific skills and experiences to carry out transactions with high added value. Within these types of transactions, they can manage energy blocks with other market agents, generating companies, and establish strategic alliances to reach end users.

-Investing more than 10 million dollars in setting up a benefit plant, and mining development.-We were the second leading exporter of copper concentrate production in Colombia, after Atico Mining.

-We developed the EBSCO lighting contract, the largest in the country (10 million dollars). It was a 30-year contract with the company Compañia Colombiana de Cerámica SA. Note: This contract was sold to the company Celsia SA Esp (Energy Company in Colombia). For a total value of 2.3 million dollars-We have developed some public works projects, where the following stand out: El Gran Malecón del Río, Puerta de Oro - Centro de Eventos, and the supervision of the largest rural electrification contract in the Atlantic Region (Colombia) for a total value of 1.3 million dollars.

-Sales of 1.3 million dollars a year.-Strengthening and sustaining relationships with important clients such as: Drummond Ltd. Cerrejón, CI Prodeco SA(Glencore.)-In 2017 we developed the largest contract for heat exchangers In Colombia, for the company EPM (Empresas Públicas de Medellín) for a total value of 2.7 million dollars.

-Sales of 3 million dollars a year during 10 years of operation-Personally, I was able to acquire experience in management of Production, Finance, Sales, Human Resources and Marketing Note: The company closed in 2014 because its Natural market (Venezuela) entered a recession.
