Responsible for the seed business in PeruMain activities and responsibilities:Sales forecast review, planning, marketing, market analysis, business strategy, team management, hiring, distribution strategy, new business development, pricing, support and sales for several crops (maize and vegetables).

Sales on maize seeds business (Pioneer Hi Bred), forecast, product development, training and qualification of dealer, distributors and new colleagues . Responsable for the maize crop team strategy implementation in southern region.
