Shipments with special equipment (FR, OT, Break Bulk, Standard containers, out of measure, weight, etc.), time and cost sensitive. Focus placed on plant needs, daily status report, tracking and communication of deviations.- +2000 shipments/year.- +1500 containers/year.- Coordination of regular meetings with internal clients from different regions.- Follow-up and report status of procedures with special permissions (CIBU).- Management and communication of operational metrics (OTIF, fulfillment of pickups in origin, Green lights, shipment, customs clearance and final delivery).

Link between freight forwarders and overseas customers.- Issuance of documentation for pre-financing of exports, import payments, settlement of payment orders and export receivables. Constant communication with banks to monitor the foreign exchange incomes, closing account change and accreditation.- Issue of documentation and follow up of customs refunds and reimbursements.- Verification of spending bills and submitting them to the recovery of VAT.- Archive of shipment documentation and metrics update in Microsoft Excel and ERP.
