I work as consultant and I am responsible for Network Performance analysis and improvements suggestions.I elaborate reports for Indoor Maeasurements.

I worked as consultant in the BMK Project for Vivo and was responsible for Network Performance analysis and improvements suggestions.I elaborated responses to RFPs and RFQs with focuses in technical requests and Roadmaps.

I coordinated a Network Optimization Project with specialists from Telecom Italia to improve the user experience. I also helped with translation in the communication with co-workers.I was responsible for Roadmaps monitoring for deployment of new network functionalities and technologies.I helped to implement the VoLTE Network in São Paulo. Interaction with vendors and international specialists.I helped with tests of new features in the Network (RF and CORE) with focus in QoS e QoE. I was in charge of evaluation and implementation of new work tools, such as ActixOne, Call Trace, Tutela and Netchart.I coordinated DT, RT and BMK teams and was responsible for the analysis of results and the definition of action plans to Network performance improvements. I was also responsible for the interface with corporate clients and the definition of indoor solutions.I conducted internal trainings of ActixOne and field measurement tools (TEMS, Nemo, Qualipoc and EchoOne).I helped to define and create new BMK scripts, including LTE and Apps tests, such as Facebook and Youtube (Reston, EUA - 2014).I coordinated the work for spectrum cleanup and interference hunting in WCDMA Network, working with specialists from Anatel. I conducted NPI meetings with other Network departments to define complete solutions to assure network quality.I was the focal point of Quality department to implement the 3G Network in TIM SP and the activation of the 1st NodeB.I was responsible for the KPI monitoring, identification of network disturbances and action plans definition to network improvement.I was responsible for Network Design and Optimization, data and voice capacity dimensioning, frequency planning and special projects design (indoor).

I was responsible for the Network Design and Optimization (GSM) for TIM Network in SP Capital.I worked as RF Consultant in TIM proposing coverage and capacity solutions for important locations (Special Projects).I was responsible for the Network Design and Optimization (TDMA) for Tess Network in SP.
