Responsible for the process from the request of the Coils along the Steel Makers (Domestic and Imported) for delivery in the Service Center, preparation for cutting up to delivery of the Blanks in the Plant, as well as the entire inventory from Suppliers, controlling Coils, Blanks and Scraps. Responsibilities include:• Issuance of delivery programs (Coil / Blank);• Establish and maintain supplier ETAs for scheduled requirements;• Follow up material status required for production to ensure orders will arrive in time to meet cutting plan;• Establish recovery plans with suppliers and negotiate improvements where applicable. Escalate to Supply Management as appropriate;• Establish ETA for critical customer requirements against tight timescales, and provide progress details to directors;• Creation of purchase requisitions (SAP);• Managing own material in stock suppliers;• Work cross functionally both internally and externally to verify and/or resolve queries on supplier deliveries;• Directly related to the production of improved result;

Managing account with 1.100 items manufactured in metal stampings and assemblies. Principal customers are companies that manufacture trucks and busses. Responsibilities include:• Production scheduling, capacity analysis, sequencing and issuing MTO;• Analysis and use of ERP, MRP, Kanban, JIT, JIS;• Analyze and optimize the use of resources of factories and stocks of finished products; (Resource Management)• Review the production schedule and ensure sufficient and available capacity to meet the production demand.• Monitor weekly production status. Orchestrate necessary adjustments that will ensure efficiency and correct file information as necessary in order to maintain data integrity.• Follow up material status required for production to ensure orders will arrive in time to meet cutting plan.• Monitor and analyze the behavior of stocks of finished products throughout the month and request adjustment when necessary planning; (Quality Control)• Monitor and provide data for planning (Daily Production Planning);• Monitor compliance of production and availability of stocks of finished products requiring adjustments in the production plan as needed;• Ensure availability of finished products by integrating the planning processes of sales and production• Facilitate processes between the Commercial and Manufacturing divisions;
