CurrentResponsible for Human Resources Department. Development of HR procedures, forms and structure to support the business growth.• Provide coaching and counseling and strategic direction about HR to Directors, Managers and Supervisors. Design and implement Coaching Development Plans. • Establishing and implementing company's talent acquisition goals and strategies to support productive, profitable and sustainable growth. • Design and implementation innovative engagement and recognition programs and all internal communications• Management of all required employee transfer or promotions and the Performance Evaluation. • Payroll processing on a weekly basis and employee information management through the ADP system.• Management of the benefits offered to the employees and the health insurance.• Conduct internal investigations and ensure proper documentation of disciplinary actions.
