Carlos Espada is considered a creative force by those he has worked with. I take on each task with passion and desire, engulfing myself in any and every project I am involved in. Coming from a family of professional wrestlers and entertainers. I learned one thing very important from my father "The more you know, the more you earn" and to "never do things half way" A philosophy I practice till this day. Even if it meant starting at the "bottom" and learning ways to make it to the top of each company I have worked with. No matter the job I always give it my all. With Art Asylum Toys I was a art director/shop manager helping to develop lines for Star Wars, Star Trek, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Eminem, Alice Cooper, Dark Angel as well as fabrication of their showrooms. I started a tribute band to the band KISS and found a ways to make the band stand out from the others. So much so that I would go on to work with my boyhood idol Gene Simmons as well as Silvertone guitars on promoting their Paul Stanley line of guitars. The band played globally and was featured on the likes of VH1, CNN and more. My bandmates and I would go on to film a pilot for VH1 entitled MOCK ROCK. I recently became involved with a great program titled "Artist on Wheels" an Independence Care Systems program that helps handicapped adults through art therapy. Always trying to push my skills as an innovator, I work day and night on branding and developing everything from toys,music,television shows as well as children's books. Always finding ways to spread positivity Carlos and long time friend Tony Del Rosa created the Forward Cards. Designed to uplift, inspire and motivate those who receive one. Each card can be kept as a constant reminder or passed along to the next person that can use a pick me up.
