-Provides first-level support for both hardware and softwares of all IT-supported PC’s and peripherals like ShipNet workstations, Icafe workstations, Interactive TV and Digital Signage.-Troubleshooting and fixing problems of in-stateroom equipment like Interactive TV, Telephone and Virtual Balcony.-Responsible for the repair, reimage and maintenance of Point of Sale (POS) Machines and peripherals, Galley Screens, Laser Printers, Ticket Printers, Seapass Card Printers, Receipt Printers, Check Scanners, Signature Capture Device, Barcode scanners, Encoders, Royal IQ, PDA, Guard Stations, Frontdesk Computers, Mobile GSO, Show Tablet, Sports Waiver Tablets, Casino Tablets, Bar Tablets and other IT related devices.-Performs procedures for everyday operation and preventative maintenance.-Installs, set up, and repair of public telephones, dect phones and wifi phones.-Installation and troubleshooting of all certified softwares used onboard.-Set up, pier support, and break down of embarkation check-in equipment -Windows and Linux Server Administration for both Virtual and Physical servers.-Backup checks and Restore.-Performs RDP, Backup Communication, UPS and Preventive Maintenance Checks.-Performs networking setup and troubleshooting connections of Network and Fiber cables, switch, RDP and Access Points. Network Patch cable and Krone Jack crimping-Basic Administration of Active Directory, DHCP, Meru, Airwatch, Mitel and Cisco PBX and CCTV devices and servers.-Organize IT lockers and maintain updated inventory.-Preparing, Submitting and Packing of Landed Good Advice (LGA).

-Responsible for the Satellite Feeds, Shooting, Editing, Graphics and Video Productions for Onboard Television. Produce Live Special Events and Video Shows of what is happening around the ship and will be played on RCTV channels.-Setup of Equipment, Routing, Directing, Switching, Shooting and Recording Shows on the Main Theater, Studio B, Aqua Theater and other venues for Show Support. -Shoots and edits commercials to promote onboard revenue like Port and Shopping, Shops onboard, Shore Excursions, Spa, Arts, Photo Gallery, Bars, and Specialty Restaurants.

-Responsible for assembly and disassembly of equipment, props and sceneries for all activities, events and shows in Studio B, Main Theater, Royal Promenade and other public areas.-Responsible for moving sceneries and live shows support on Theater and Studio B.-Responsible for setups and pack up of sound and musical equipment around the ship.-Operates ice resurfacing machine and maintenance of the ice skating rink.-Responsible for helping the sound technicians, lounge technicians, light technicians and riggers for their equipment and scenery maintenance.
