CENMA stands for State Secondary School for Adults established in 2005. The school curricula lasts 3 years. There are around 120 students aged 18 to 72.

Main Duties and Tasks:Liaison Assuring effective communication between SAP Resource Managers and Project Managers, and Translation Back Office.Planning project resources and assuring full availability of these resourcesAdvising Vendor Management on resource hiring and qualification required for certain projectsAttending conferences and forums at SAPAttending training sessions, via web and at SAP HeadquartersRequesting and managing users credentials and permissionsAssuring project completion meeting SAP quality standards and on timely fashionLeadershipGuiding, training and assisting 5 in-house translators directly, 3 in-house translators and 2 proofreaders indirectly, and a variable number of freelance translatorsIdentifying training needs and providing training on relevant topicsSupervising team members and hold them in pressure situations.Achieving continuous improvementDistributing equitably and functionally tasks among team members.Developing and integrating the potential of the member team.Assuring linguistic quality of team's output.Project ManagementAssigning and managing online and offline SAP projects --more than 5M words translated, and more that 300,000 lines translated under my watchMonitoring and controlling the delivery of the projectsUpdating of all the relevant details of the project and backing up project informationResolving emerging issues with a particular projectTranslating client requirement into specific instructions for the resources involvedLinguisticTranslating urgent and minimum requests directly from clientEditing and proofreading key projectsProviding feedback and best practices to other linguists
