Responsabilities:• Map the processes of the client The American School Foundation for accident cases on students or personal inside and outside the institution.• Manage the implementation of an automation program for insurance endorsements review by having weekly meetings with employees, understand the review process and explain it to a programmer.• Contribute with the programmer of other company and a representative from Seguros Monterrey to do the initial tests.• Train the employees on how to use the endorsements review program running tests with 3 insurance carriers.Main Achievements:• Accelerated the endorsements review process going from an average of 3 days to 2.19 seconds per review.• Optimized the endorsements review process obtaining an error rate smaller than 0.2%.• Defended the project going against a great resistance to change and following up with employees, measuring time with them and introducing the project as a tool that would allow them to occupy a bigger field.

Responsabilities: • Verify that all returned items are in good conditions.• Register inventory changes to keep the correct number of SKU's available at the sales point.• Plan the quantity of inventory to bargain sell.• Convince members that visit the warehouse to register themselves at the web page. Main achievements:• Prevent the company losses by saving items from being considered waste with reviews and careful tagging. • Accelerated the inventory registration process by counting and tagging accurately, avoiding repetitions. Before, they had to repeat the process at least once. • Introduced 27 members to the new format of e-commerce.
