I support the research of many smart people and organizations by manufacturing active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) to be used to treat and cure various genetic diseases. After University, I got my foot in the door with my first job in a regulated industry at a startup! I was a Manufacturing Assistant at Kashiv Biosciences, a company that was focused on bringing a biosimilar protein to market. During my time at Kashiv I worked on: Fermentation, Purification, and preparing for pre-approval inspections. Then I got experience working at a CDMO: I moved to North Dakota to work at Aldevron, the largest pDNA manufacturer in the world, as a biomanufacturing operator. At Aldevron I was responsible for purifying plasmid DNA and planning manufacturing lot based on clients' specifications. Eventually I managed to work my way up to Technical Lead, which gave me the opportunity to learn by leading as well as training individual operators. I had the opportunity to work on projects with big clients such as Moderna, Pfizer, and Sarepta, to name a few. Passionate about innovation and technology, I also run Siege LLC, a single-member LLC focused on building high-performance desktop computers for gamers and content creators. Whether working on cutting-edge biotech solutions or delivering custom-built PCs, I bring a detail-oriented approach to every project.
