• Assist in the development and maintenance of an information security compliance program that aligns with the Bank's strategic objectives and industry best practices.• Support the Senior Information SecurityCompliance Analyst in ensuring that the Bank's information security policies and procedures comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, such as FERPA, HIPAA, GLBA, and PCI DSS.Participate in the identification and assessment of information security risks and assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.• Assist in conducting periodic security assessments and audits to ensure that the Bank's information security controls are effective and are being followed.• Assist in the development and delivery of training and awareness programs to educate staff on information security best practices.• Collaborate with IT and business departments to ensure that security controls are integrated into system development life cycle (SDLC) processes.• Assist in assessments, such as, but not limited to Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Cybersecurity.• Assist in managing and monitoring third-party risk and assist in onboarding new third-parties, performing internal risk assessments and annual review of service organization controls reports.• Participant in the Incident Response Process to detect, investigate and recover from security incidents as well as assisting with incident response plans, when applicable.Prepare reports, retrieve files and documents in response to audit requests and user access reviews.• Execute and maintain a security awareness program designed to facilitate a safe computing environment for all associates, contractors, and other business partners (e.g., phishing campaigns, clean/clear desk assessments).

Responsibilities:- Provide first level contact and problem resolution for end-user technical issues.- Solve technical issues using existing knowledge of key technologies and methodical troubleshooting and facilitate repair through existing partners.- Perform 'hands-on' fixes, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications.- Perform 'hands-off' fixes (via telephone and with/without remote management tools), including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications.- Setup new user domain accounts, e-mail accounts/mailboxes and group membership; configure new user workstations and laptops.- Enter troubleshooting steps and instructions into our Knowledgebase for future use.- Provide telephone, remote, and deskside support to end users.- Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential and being discreet when receiving credentials.- Staying organized by working off tickets assigned in our ticketing system and following protocols to enter time spent working on tickets.- This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.

● Support the Project Manager in organizing and planning technical projects using gantt charts, process flowcharts, training users, and evaluating implementation.● Use websites like Jira, and TestRail to test for QA.● Experience providing technical support, such as troubleshooting hardware and software issues andconfiguring systems.● Experience with network security technologies and concepts, such as firewall configuration, VPNs, andintrusion detection systems. (Some include Mimecast and Keepit for email security and backup)● Experience in data analysis and validation.● Experience with developing and implementing security policies and procedures, such as access controlpolicies, incident response plans, and data classification guidelines.
