As a Head of Development Services, I oversee our project management and workflow for all our development services (i.e., development projects, development proposals, dedicated teams, and maintenance services). I ensure that our development services are completed on time and within budget by implementing the right strategies and workflows for our project manager to follow. I guarantee all relevant team members uphold the company's standards throughout each development project. I’m responsible for bringing alignment, providing clarity, delegating, and leading all relevant front-office managers to ensure we hit and exceed our KPIs.

As the Head of PMO, I oversee projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget. I provide guidance and standards in the execution of projects. I guarantee that all team members uphold the company's standards throughout each project's workflow. Some of my responsibilities as the Head of PMO include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing other Project Managers, and collaborating with other department managers to iterate our workflow and improve our services. - Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.- Collaborating with other department managers to define, prioritize, and execute projects.- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.- Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they meet company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
