Carlos Lima is a Founding Partner at Integration has been working in consultancy since 1988. His specialization is related to the Marketing & Sales practice, leading projects related to Commercial Strategy, Restructuring of the Service Model, Go-to-Market, Channel Management, Marketing Strategy and Processes and Trade Marketing, especially in the Consumer Good sector. Carlos Lima is also the company's President and the Managing Partner responsible for the internationalization of Integration and today also serves as President of Integration, having worked in several projects in all the regions operated by the company. He has a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
