• Ensure appropriate interpretation and application of administrative policy and procedures are timely implemented to support operations at the country and sub-country levels. • Provide timely and effective administrative support services and establish security arrangements for enhanced safety and security of staff and premises. • Perform effective property management of administrative supplies, office equipment, vehicles and other properties.• Ensure all administrative transactions and arrangements of contracts satisfy the requirements as stipulated and are in compliance with the applicable policies, procedures, rules and regulations.• Enhance Staff capacity through active staff learning/development programmes in the area of administrative management and services.• Maintain effective working relations with other agencies, local authorities and implementing partners.

• Consolidate procurement plan (including targets) for whole office, lead the procurement process, monitor and report on implementation. • Lead Support Services Management of Head office & field offices/guest houses to ensure smooth operations and support to field activities• Maintain and Link up with World Vision GIK Global group Procurement/Support Offices on behalf of the National Office GIK needs.• Develop and integrate initiatives that favor the growth and development of the World Vision staff; • Develop partnerships that contribute to the flourishing of children, their families and communities, so that they are equipped for sustainable transformational development; • Encourage the participation of churches in program development areas, in projects such as spiritual nourishment of children, response to HIV & AIDS, peacebuilding and reconciliation; • Assist the National Director in the implementation of policies and programmes that result in effective Christian Commitments in all WV programmes. • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for staff and partners on the organization's policies and ensure the workers' knowledge and understanding of the behavioral protocol standards.• Maintain regular contacts and participate in meetings with Government Institutions that coordinate NGO’s activities.• Provide logistical support for visitors and expatriate staff.
