Many people around me used to tell me that “the digital world is not the future, it is the present”; I ignored them. I have an entrepreneurial and financial background, my principles were quite analogical. Admittedly, I felt that the digital world was quite complex, deep, and also terrifying.My work experience has always had an important human component; Both as a Mergers & Acquisitions (M & A) analyst in a multinational firm and as an entrepreneur. I have always targeted a client-facing role. Therefore, I am always working on developing communication and negotiation capacities.My mind started to change when I founded my first company; I developed a wide perspective and acquire new competencies that I find essential when it comes to creating solutions and understanding clients’ needs. Turning them into reality. I may add that some of my partners had a very digital approach. In fact, we use a digital P2P platform for our core business so, I had to begin my digitalization process. I am proud to say that I changed my business perspective and I built a portfolio of more than 40 clients from 3 different departments. I have also managed a large team of people and overcome very hard economic cycles, which makes me feel even more satisfied.Later, once I managed to get my company to have a certain stability and independence, I decided to study for an MBA and I began to see the importance of digital marketing and the opportunities that technology offers us. When I finished my studies I started working in a startup as a Product Manager and I loved the experience. I was able to apply my business knowledge and previous experience and I started to immerse myself in the digital world.
