As well as designing continuous improvement plans, follow up´s of non-conformity reports, pricing and lead time review/assurance and providing information for international trade processes,• I´ve elaborated monthly/weekly reports such as: OOR´s, FCST, OTD, Vendors Approved List, Inventory Levels, Procurement, RFQ´s. • I participated in the preparation for annual quality audits and inventory; as well as always in charge of update all supplier´s compliance, quality, taxes, etc documents. • Accounts Payable activities support as invoices review for assigned commodities.

Process Administrator for the incorporation of potential suppliers to the different financial factoring programs:• As a result of my experience and achievements, I used to receive strategic account assignments, where I obtained synergies with companies in countries such as the: US, Canada, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Ireland, UK and China.• The creation of contracts and legal documents was the main task performed; I learned about legal entities and their documents, such as certificates of incorporation, powers of attorney, financial statements, etc. Always in compliance with CNBV regulations. • Database management (managed more than 10 corporate databases with contact information for potential clients).• I was dedicated on develop my own client onboarding and planning of market strategies.• Customer care activities (phone calls, e-mails, introductory course to the platform, FAQs, etc.).
