- Technical Project Manager and Software Architect for the UCF Operational Excellence and Assessment Support application; a web-based, process driven application developed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of University operations and the quality of student learning outcomes through assessment. - Project manager and Software Architect for the OCSO CrimeNet application, an ASP.NET/Oracle/SQL 2000 application utilized by the Orange County Sheriff's office to assist in tracking offenses, suspects, bulletins, and victims of crimes in Orange County, Florida.- Release Manager and Senior Developer on the Seminole County Integrated Network (SCINET) project, a web-based internet/intranet based application which enhances the workflow process and client interaction in an e-Government based environment. - Senior Developer on the FINDER project, a web-based, distributed architecture database project that allows the sharing of key information between multiple law enforcement agencies within the state of Florida.- Technical Project Manager and Software Architect for the National US-YSTR project funded by the National Center for Forensic Science and National Institute of Justice; a web-based ASP.NET/SQL 2005 application used by law enforcement forensic analysts to generate statistical information for use in estimating Y-STR haplotype population frequencies.- Project Manager and Lead Developer for the Central Florida Crimeline Warrants website, a web-based application that features the majority of wanted persons from the Central Florida counties including Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Sumter.

- Developed design strategies for Datacenter Storage Facilities. Assisted in the development of best practices for Data Center reliability and resource management. Published these design strategies in the December issue of InfoWorld Magazine. - Designed and developed workflow management software for mission critical datacenter hardware and software applications.

- Global One European Leased Line Project - Provided consulting and project management support to the Global One Program Management Group. Responsible for the Planning, Implementation, and Transition Phases of the Leased Line Project which consisted of data migration and lease cutoffs for more than 460 leased lines that were either unused or minimally used E-1, E-3, and ISDN connections. Within six months of the project, more than 4 million dollars was saved on the first 300 lines. Europe was divided into 4 sections, each section having a project manager responsible for a team of engineers to migrate data, if necessary, to existing leased lines or cut the leased line if no data existed.- Intel IDC - Provided consulting and project manager support to Intel Internet Data Center (IDC) as part of Dimension Enterprises, Inc., a division of Nortel Networks ASP Global Professional Services. Responsible for the Implementation Phase of the software products Documentum and Remedy. Products were implemented along with Tivoli Management Systems and Portal Infranet to build a completely automated and paperless environment.- Bank of America Internet Security Project - Provided consulting and project management support to Bank of America’s Intrusion Detection Systems Project which consisted of the implementation of Cisco 2924 XL switches, Catalyst 8540 switch routers for high-speed ATM switching, and 1538 Series hubs to facilitate Sun SPARC 10 Engines in order to monitor WAN traffic between Corp to Corp and Internet DMZ connections. ISS RealSecure and SAFESuite were implemented as software monitoring tools to key data center locations throughout the country with an Intrusion Response team monitoring alarms. Responsible for bringing project back to a “green” status by devising and maintaining a workable scheme to accomplish the business need that the project was undertaken to address.

- USA Floral, Inc. Hardware and Software Standardization Project - Responsible for inventory, research, pilot program, and testing of shrink-wrap software that ran on Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 98 operating systems. Developed training and testing facilities for the evaluation of new hardware and software tools and technologies for incorporation into the standardization project to facilitate the best products for the enterprise-wide implementation. Responsible for the installation and supported work flow processes of the standard hardware and software while developing an internal help desk staff consisting if Level 1 and Level 2 personnel to support an enterprise environment.- Boca Raton Resort and Club Hardware and Software Standardization Project and Year 2000 Project - Responsible for inventory, research, pilot program, and testing of shrink-wrap software that ran on Windows NT 4.0, Novell Netware, and Windows 98. Developed training and testing facilities for the evaluation of new hardware and software tools and technologies for incorporation into the standardization and year 2000 project to facilitate the best products for the enterprise-wide implementation. - Project Manager for Bank One Year 2000 Software Testing Project - Responsible for time schedule, budget, meeting milestones, and monthly presentations to executive staff, project design and project plan through a proven project management methodology. Responsible for inventory, research, pilot program, and testing of shrink-wrap software that ran on UNIX, Novell, and Windows NT platforms utilized by Bank One. Developed training and testing facilities for the evaluation of new hardware and software tools and technologies. Responsible for network architectural design, implementation, and remediation. Provided network administration for a 2,300-node Windows NT 4.0 environment. Novell Netware 5.0 and Z.E.N. Works installation and administration.
