Conducted the legal analysis of the real estate to be leased or sold, including legal risk analysis, prepared estimates of legal expenses for the regularization of the land to be sold, and timelines to executed agreements. On the second year, the team broke the historical sales record of excess land. We were congratulated by Walmart´s CEO for achieving a net profit of 7.9 million CAD. On my third year in this area our target was 11.25 million CAD in net profit, and we achieved a 106% goal. Successfully drafted, reviewed and negotiated a partnership agreement between Walmart and Cargill (US company). This was a key transaction for Walmart, which allowed it to centralize meat processing for all stores in Mexico. Effectively led the review and analysis of the agreements of 1,200 stores in a period of 3 months to determine the feasibility and legal risks of the establishment of gas stations in each store. Drafted, reviewed and negotiated various legal documents such as amendment agreements, NDA’s, letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, and services agreements.

Coordinated all the areas involved in the process of new stores openings, such as: (i) legal, (ii) finance, (iii) constructions, (iv) permits and license, (iii) design, (iv) and environmental matters.
