On the second year, the team broke the historical sales record of excess land. We were congratulated by Walmart´s CEO for achieving a net profit of 7.9 million CAD. Drafted and negotiated lease and purchase agreements and others legal document for Walmart's surplus real estate, with these agreements, the excess property area sold around a quarter of a billion dollars’ worth of real estate and I executed and close more than 50 lease agreements, and around 30 purchases. On my third year in this area our target was 11.25 million CAD in net profit, and we achieved a 106% goal.
