Product Leader for Global Money Movement & Compliance. Leading multiple Product teams distributed through the U.S., Canada and India; including U.S. Money Movement, International Money Movement, and Financial Crimes and Risk Management. Leading the product development of a Faster Payments portfolio for ADP.

Responsible for driving innovation and product development in Money Movement, a shared platform executing collection and payment transactions for ADP in the U.S. Also responsible for development and definition of the Product Roadmap: discovery and evaluation of major initiatives, value assessment, negotiating with other teams, stack ranking, aligning with budgetary constraints, execution, and delivery. Recent work includes: API development, data mining and visualization, payment networks and technologies, UX, integration with client-facing experiences.

Responsible for leading innovation in how we surface transactional data to our clients.Currently working with two scrum teams (local & remote developers) developing API's, tools, and new online experiences, Member of the Product Team responsible for the AVS Money Movement System.

Direct report to CEO; lead all product strategy, design, development and delivery; work closely with CTO and development teams (local and remote). Works directly with customers and provides assistance to sales, marketing, customer success, and customer support teams.

Led product development throughout the product life-cycle, including defining the product, gathering/prioritizing of requirements, leading Agile ceremonies, leading local/remote dev teams, monitoring metrics for KPI’s.- Responsible for web, mobile apps, (Android & iOS), and mobile web experiences for all fax brands (including eFax flagship brand).- Owned web and mobile product development for eFax Europe which included translation and localization for multiple languages and countries. - Led the successful development of email rendering system based on CMS technology to author, edit, test, and publish customer-facing email messages in multiple languages.Managed remote roll-out deployment to multiple locations nationwide and worldwide.- Worked with Marketing to test and improve eCommerce signup funnel.

Led marketing and creative design teams in the development, execution and support of all marketing initiatives at MagTek; managed media budget, media analysis, negotiation of media contracts; directed multiple creative initiatives, including the design of web ads, email campaigns, brochures, web, sales presentations, product videos, retail packaging, etc. Responsible for developing and editing all creative writing: press releases, content for marketing collateral, web pages; founder and managing editor of internal newsletter.Promoted through multiple roles at MagTek: Software/Firmware Design Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Product Manager.
