Systems engineer with over 19 years of experience in analysis, design, implementation, support, architecture and sales of systems solutions.At the beginning of my career I started as an analyst and developer, which helped me to have a good understanding of business processes, gaining experience in translating the needs of business areas into application solutions. Later I worked as a project leader in IT areas, managing the application life cycle from design, development, implementation, support and improvement, which allowed me to have experience in team leadership, project management and administration, support models, implementation and application change management.Later on and for 10 years I worked as an SAP professional, participating in the entire solution life cycle, from conception, planning, implementation, stabilization, support and maintenance, working in implementation teams and operations of the IT areas, acquiring experience in various SAP technical topics such as sizing, installations, upgrades, migrations, configurations, security, integrations, troubleshooting, support and technical administration, and knowledge in incident management processes, changes, improvement plans, policies and compliance application for a wide range of products, platforms and SAP solutions. In subsequent years I worked as a business developer of new business in SAP solutions, developing solutions and participating in the entire life cycle of the solutions from the understanding, design, sizing and implementation. In the last few years I have worked as a business executive in IT solutions, seeking to satisfy the needs of the clients, providing my knowledge and experience to offer the best possible solution to the clients.
