Serves as a professional Foreign Affairs Training Program Manager (TPM) concerned with developing and implementing an overall training program for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF). Performs duties associated with the acquisition, oversight, & financial management of intricate RSAF-specific training programs related to sales of weapons systems by the Department of State, Department of Defense, and USAF under the Foreign Military Sales, International Military Education and Training, or other grant programs, consistent with U.S. national security and foreign policy objectives; involved in every aspect of international Case development and management as defined in Defense Security Cooperation Agency policy and Organizational Operating Instructions to include extended temporary duty in support of program objectives.Establishes performance goals and objectives for execution of training lines on a case; manages and provides oversight for case performance from implementation to closure including scope, schedule of work, cost, payment schedules, problem resolution, and financial services.
