I am a seasoned regional manager and executive that has spent 18+ years in operations and sales in the energy industry. I have become addicted to the intensity of this industry, particularly when it comes to sales, business development, regional/global management, and overall team leadership.Versatile management comes to my mind when I look at my career. From laser-focused operations teams to global sales managers, I have had the opportunity to lead teams of various sizes and nature. I have had to adapt to different requirements and markets, and have a track record that shows how successful I have been in leading my teams and rolling up my sleeves to assist when needed. I have proven to be an adaptable leader and a problem-solver manager – I have been able to focus on key customer retention discussions while planning for the release of new products. Different management positions have given me the opportunity to confirm the richness that lies in the dynamics that result from combining an intense industry with cultural and geographical diversity as rich and global as the industry itself. I have successfully submitted my skills to the test of 3 different languages, of many different and rich cultures, and of many diverse situations - and have enjoyed all the process!Maybe being formed in physics and having invested time in a doctorate degree shaped my taste for this intense industry, and I am glad that I have the opportunity to serve it at a management level where I can produce results and significant impact for my company, my community, and the industry.
