Electrical contractor, specialized in making electrical cabinets and the installation of transmission lines. I realized drafts for the transmission line posts, as well as program some micro-PLC projects, and also was trained on the basis of industrial electricity and electrical cabinetry.Selected achievements:• Reduced 5 months of work to just over one month, for 2D transmission lines drawings and 3 weeks of BOM generations, with the use of SolidWorks.• Managed to program a micro-PLC to automate the first stage of waste management at a dairy.

Scheduled and organized production for this agricultural machinery industry, with a focus on trailed and mounted fertilizer spreaders. Also assured our mother company, the generation of parts for their carbon-fiber fumigator booms. Selected achievements: • Supervised welding sector for regular tasks, special jigs-fixtures and new prototypes.• Cultivated more formal working procedures amongst assembly, welding, warehouse and providers.• Decreased significant waste material due to bad procedures, confused non interchangeable parts, and overlooked quality inspections.• Stabilized production with +50% peaks, amid 4 times normal delivery spans from providers due to economic circumstances revolving the agro-industrial sector.

The factory used AutoCAD for the generation of BOM and for the request of materials. Due that trailers where heavy equipment and demanded details, they needed evaluate the feasibility of making onward projects with SolidWorks. Selected achievements:• Digitalized a 73-ton capacity articulated gooseneck trailer with SolidWorks, previously drafted in AutoCAD and corrected construction errors.• Investigated forms to adapt the BOM to generate cost reports and facilitate the material requisitions.• Documented old trailers to be refurbished with AutoCAD to achieve familiarization with trailer products.• Supervised the generation of bent sheet-metal requests for providers.• Researched for a steering system to improve maneuverability.

The company specializes in agricultural machinery refurbishment but also on special projects both from private companies and government agricultural agencies. I was hired for specific projects.Selected achievements:• Designed a new pumpkin seeder that behaved well in non-tilled and somewhat rocky terrains• Generated detailed construction and assembly drawings to facilitate workshop’s procedures• Earned the “CITA 2021” award by the developed seeder• Digitalized 2 prototypes to SolidWorks and improved parts• Conceptualized an innovative equipment for thermoforming, that reduced costs of manufacturing by not having to use a mold for every auger type.

The factory fabricates front-end loaders and retro-excavators for tractors. Everything is made in the company, which resulted in diversified fabricating machinery in house, all which needed maintenance. Selected contributions:• Troubleshooted constantly equipment to reduce non-planned stops.• Ensured the proper function of: welding machines, press brakes, CNC plasma tables, overhead cranes, manual and semi-automatic band saws, manual and CNC lathes, and the paint cabin line system.

• Continued with previous responsibilities as document control• Created schedules for project tenders with Oracle Primavera for at least 10 projects• Researched for possible solutions and technologies to continue projects’ document control with IT tools like MS Access, SQL and PHP.

• Managed communications between engineering, field works and management, by the distribution of information with the refinery plant and the company’s subcontractors.• Evaluated various forms of documentation and reports for accuracy and completeness, identified deficiencies and advised on appropriate corrective measures to improve information details or processes.• Delivered detailed project management control documents for key project oversight.Earned “Quality Service” award twice

The company dedicated itself to generate solid bar soaps, detergents both liquid and powder, softeners and toothpaste. The continuous improvement general manager was also the production manager of the soap production lines, this meant responsibilities in both areas.Selected Contributions:• Implemented 5S principles plant wide through daily walkthroughs • Analyzed pertinent data for the elaboration of specific production lines and their impact on the general KPI• Collaborated with soap bar production line’s maintenance, to generate reports to production line manager• Elaborated the monthly report to be discussed between all managers

The organization was initiated and constituted by students, without the help of the University but by private sponsorships that promoted our learning and goal of constructing a vehicle for competing outside the country.Accomplishments:• Developed and fabricated an automatic transmission for the protype vehicle.• Ensured the quality of the other submitted design papers: roll cage, suspension, steering, and braking• Drove for SolidWorks to be the default tool instead of just AutoCAD• Collaborated with several divisions for the construction of their parts • Reached for sponsors and providers to ensure materials and parts for the completion of the project
