I have been working for 3M for 24 Years in the Information Technology department, I started as programmer analyst I, programmer analyst II, IT Project Leader, IT Regional Applications & QA, IT Development Manager & IT Venezuela’s Manager.I have extensive experience in systems that support the operations of 3M, in my work at 3M, I spent 18 years supporting the systems of the areas of Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Sourcing, Costing and Supply chain in our plant in Valencia, 5.5 year ago I was transfer to Caracas / Venezuela to the main offices as IT Manager, Supporting all the areas of the CompanyOther Activities: I am expert in the iSeries Operating System. RPG Programing, I was part of the Migration team of the iSeries for Latin America to the IT Share service Center in St.Paul Minnesota. During this project I was traveled for many countries in the Region including 4 months in 3M St. PaulI am currently have 3 Direct report in the IT Department in two areas Infrastructure Area & Development area.I am the responsible of the control to the IT Department Budget.The Main responsibility for my current Job is alignment the business goals with IT strategies
