Managing the internal and external design, construction and commercial teams.$800M – 40 HA GREENFIELD-LANDFILL INFRASTRUCTURE PORTFOLIO.Involved 600 dwellings in a mixed used development encompassing more than 20 projects, including a civil package with a budget of $90m+.♦ Negotiated & resolved a deadlocked dispute with the underperforming main contractor which led to 9%+ in cost savings and a six month reduction in the project schedule.♦ Provided crucial information to obtain an essential $60m bank loan by establishing rigorous systems and protocols and recruiting high calibre people to engender lender confidence, saving more than 3% in fees within favourable terms and conditions. $1.2B – 10 HA, 1,100 DWELLINGSMixed-used development encompassing civil and vertical works, with 15 projects, including low to high-density multi-storey apartment buildings and two hotels.♦ Led the process to increase the yield by 20% in an already intense development which increased the profitability of the project by 5%.I also delivered the company’s overall strategy in New Zealand by establishing an eight-year master plan, involving more than 200 designers and 10 main contractors.
