-Accountable for Sales and Operations of more than 500 frontline agents at more than 300 Owned stores -I accomplished double digit growth in annual sales at more than 300 Retail Stores between 2017 and 2021.-In order to maximize front line agents performance, I designed and adapted the commercial profile, resulting in average ticket growth.-I implemented a standardization plan for operational and administrative procedures focused on guarantee a uniform customer experience and operational consistency among all service points.-I received an outstanding evaluation for leadership attribute in Employee Opinion Survey-As member of the expansion committee, I made market mapping for 100+ new stores opening nationwide delivering footprint increase vs. competitors.
