QA/QC Inspector Projects – Blacktip Gas Plant Boddington Gold Mine Gorgon Barrow Island LNG Plant Cape Lambert Port A and B Hope Downs 4 Marandoo JimblebarResponsibilities included:- Coordinating the activities required to ensure projects are operating in compliance with the relevant Project Quality Plan, Procedures, ITP’s, Work Instructions, Client specification and Australian/International welding codes/standards.- Delivering all aspects of the quality requirements related to traceability defined in the Client’s specifications and or standards/codes for compilation into the project MDR.- Providing support to the project staff in regards to welding related queries, the QC Inspector is also responsible for the visual inspection/verification of the completed site welds relating to the Material/ Welding Process/ Welding position/Welder ID/ WPS and Welding Consumable that have been used to weld the various joint configurations. - Verification of the project related Field Inspection Checklists (FIC’s) for the Structural, Mechanical & Piping and their progressive signed off during the various phases of construction. The Project QC Inspector is also responsible for requesting and coordinating NDT, Pressure Testing and PWHT as required for the project.- Compilation and reviewing of all MDR’s for Blacktip Gas Plant.

Projects ­ Blacktip Jacket & Topside CSBP Upgrade Dongara Refinery Varanus Island Responsibilities included: - Implementing and working to the quality management system procedures - Coordinate NDT, PWHT & HYDRO - Final visual inspection of welds - Compile Manufactures Data Reports - Expedite completed components - Run weld procedures2003 ­ 2004 ANI Weldtronics Coded welder Responsibilities included: - Weld the interior of two titanium clad vessels - Weld pipes using TIG on exotics such as Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel and Titanium

Coded Welder Responsibilities included: - Basic welding ­ mainly pipe welding using TIG, MMAW, FCAW and STT; BP Refinery) Coded Welder Responsibilities included: - General welding - Pipe welding using TIG and MMAW - Modify old lines to new1999 Australian Cross Engineering Coded Welder Responsibilities included: - Pipe welding issuing TIG and MMAW
