Winsoft Inc provided outsourced IT services for Gateway Country store clients. My job was to work with the management and sales team in the Gateway Country Stores located in San Diego, Orange, Riverside and San Bernandino County to assess client needs, propose, sell and deliver IT services to Small and Medium size business clients.

Gateway opened the Gateway Country Stores in the late 90's. I was part of opening and running the Gateway Country Service Department in Mission Viejo, California. My duties included everything fromsetting up and maitaining the store equipment, troubleshooting and resolving customer pc issues, and troubleshooting and resolving issues with the corporate IT equipment in the stores. During my time there the service center was always profitable and provided some of the highest customer care and satisfaction ratings in the company.
