Working for a major client migrating whole enterprise to CUCM from legacy systems 3 clusters in total. One cluster with a Genesys Call Center. 30 plus remote locations that are getting migrated to two datacenter for centralized inbound/outbound Sip Trunks. Full network refresh as part of the telephony migration that includes 9300 Cisco catalyst switches for access and 9400 switches for distribution/core over an MPLS network nations wide.4331 SRST local routers and dual 4431 Cisco unified border Element on each datacenter. Also CER and integration with Skype for business and Jabber. Cisco UCCX 11x integrations with finesse for IVR and remote business units.

Supporting the ABB voice infrastructure including UCS c240s running a cluster of 7 call managers 9.1, 2 Unity servers and a full blown UCCE solution with CVP, Finesse and CUIC. Four call centers across the country with around 300 agents. Also as a part of the voice infrastructure there are 3650, 3750, 4500 Catalyst series, Nexus 7K , 2900 series routers for local 911 and SRST, and two cube 3900 routers with sip trunks. There is also a wireless network consisting of 5500 controllers managed through Cisco Prime. Support includes troubleshooting, configuring, scripting, and engaging the manufacture in some cases, and this is done at all levels through a ticketing system

In charge of a team of three Engineers handling all facet of Support/Projects for the City of Fort Lauderdale VoIP, Video and Network infrastructure which involve three Data Centers, Seventy remote sites including; twelve Fire Stations, Ft Police Department, Park and recreation division, Executive Airport, and admin buildings to mention some. In charge of NCL UC solution including all aspect of a day to day support. Architecture includes a cluster of 7 UC servers, and two unity connection running on UCS virtual environment, Four Cisco Unified Border Element 3900 routers, plus five H323 gateways for remote sites.One hundred percent sip trunking with fault tolerance on redundant data centers located in Smyrna andMiami. UCCE side A and B configuration with four VXML gateways, four CVP servers plus NICE recording system.
