    Working as an Enterprise Agile Coach within a banking sector, I worked within one of the largest areas of the bank with over 1000 people, within a team of 8 Agile Coaches supporting this area.As an individual, I support one of the largest teams within this area with around 85 people.I also support one of the key areas within this area, which is responsible for innovation and digital business with around 80 people, working in an international environment (San Francisco, Dallas, Singapore, Boston), with another interesting challenge within this specific area, which is to work with different ventures, small startups, responsible for specific projects.My role is divided into three main areas:- Teaching the different methods within Agile, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Design Thinking, Lean and process improvement methods, proposing the best framework depending on the activity that the area is carrying out.
