Our service is completely free for clients, and I meet with each family to understand their care needs, financial situation, and preferred locations. I then guide them in selecting the most suitable communities, accompany them on tours, and provide ongoing support through the decision-making process to ensure they find the right fit.

Oversee the marketing and admissions process of 10 long-term care facilities in Maryland.Establish and maintain professional relationships with community members, hospital leadership, discharge coordinators, caseworkers, physicians, senior living communities, senior centers, and other admissions sources to generate consistent admissions and repeat referrals.

I act as a liaison between international patients and the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions by facilitating various aspects of the patient's care and serve as an interpreter for Spanish speaking high profile patients, families, and visitors. Assess patient and family needs and coordinate services accordingly during the hospital inpatient or outpatient stay while complying with internal policies and procedures. I provide information regarding hospital policies, procedures, and services. I develop and foster relationships with patients and referral sources, as well as participate in marketing initiatives.
