2016 - 2018 Vice-president of Transformation • Responsible for managing and executing Ecopetrol’s Transformation Program, achieving around $US 2.4 Billion in structural and sustainable cost optimizations throughout 3 consecutive years. • Responsible for the creation and development of `Projects Maturing Centre` in Ecopetrol to better manage and control capital investments of around $US 9.0 Billion and development of 700 million of reserves 3P.• Accountable for converting the transformation into the vehicle to move and fulfill the strategy.

• Implemented the drilling and completion process (CVP Capital Value Process) for investments of around $US 0.5 Billion per year.• Achieved best HSE results in 20 years of drilling and completion activity in BP Colombia and Equion.• Implemented the Operational Management System, always exceeding financial and operational objectives.

• Responsible for delivering Drilling and Completion operations activity in BP Colombia assets (3 x 3000 HP Rigs) drilling deep and very complex wells in the Andean Foothills.• Leader for the implementation of Performance Management according to BP HSE Management System, the Common Well Planning Process and Engineering Technical Practices.

• Responsible for managing Engineering and Operation for Drilling, Completion, Workover and Well Intervention activity in Golfo San Jorge assets in the Patagonian region in Argentina (233 wells, 1000 fracs and 1800 interventions per year).• Leader of the creation and Implementation of Safety Management System for 69 rigs activity (14 Drilling Rigs, 34 Workover rigs and 21 Pulling Rigs).• Responsible for implementing Performance Management Systems including a Continuous Improvement Culture for a complex labor workforce (3 Unions working in the area).

• Responsible for managing Drilling, Completion, Workover and Well Intervention activity in Bolivia Assets. (3 rigs per year).• Leader for implementing and adjusting the Well Planning Common process in the JV. • Member of the Senior Management team responsible of Chaco strategy.

• Responsible for leading, coordinating and assuring the implementation of BP Performance Management culture in the Wider World Business Units.• Responsible for performing planning variance reports and insights for D&C Operational KPIs, Production, Capex and Capital Efficiency in accordance with established D&C Functional measures.• Member of the D&C Global Performance Network leading and providing Benchmarking studies for D&C Community.• Responsible for leading the Extended Performance Network in the Wider World Business Units.

• Responsible for Exploration and Appraisal type wells in Andean foothills. • Accountable for the application of the Drilling Value Assurance through the Well Planning and Operational Cycle by the utilization of the CVP in the Exploration and Appraisal Wells project. • PAE D&C representation in the Margarita Joint Venture Project in Bolivia, ensuring well integrity with full application of HSE, BP Drilling and Wells Integrity Policy, well engineering and operational matters.
