Main responsibilities:• Coaching leaders, building their skill to effectively drive performance management, talent management, and performance improvement for teams• Supports the annual performance management and compensation processes in alignment with country practices (ie. calibration, reporting, and performance/pay differentiation). • Provides guidance, advice, counsel, and coaching to Colleagues and Leaders in employee relations, labor law advises, HR legal issues in accordance with employment legislation and local policies. • Escalates issues requiring investigation, and/or discipline above documented coaching to the Employee Relations COE.• Following the Performance Improvements Process Guide, provides performance coaching to managers in the areas of performance evaluations performance rebuttal, and performance management (Written Plan for Improvement and Final Plan).• Support efforts in building management ability and skill to facilitate employee relations issues and to promote a positive work environment.• Provides manager coaching on HR processes and new HR model, with an emphasis on teaching managers to become self-sufficient in utilizing - on-line tools.• Supports the execution of cultural talent management and related talent programs throughout the organization. • Workforce Analytics, Reorganization/ restructuring monitoring and management of data quality (ad hoc data correction);• Drives standardization and consistency of approach to HR across divisions.• Develop key communication, partner with leaders and key stakeholders and vendors• Contribute and lead in organizational changes workstreams or groups.
