I love to be an agent of change. I can see inefficiencies in processes and empowering others to achieve great results. Here are ----things that are important to me and what I do:1. I work best when I am empowered to make decisions and lead with humility and authenticity. I took over a multi million dollar project that was falling behind, with low team spirits. I was able to bring the project back to green by implementing an inclusive culture, which allowed us to deal with existing problems and get everyone on the same page. The app is now live, making a difference for users in the Emergency medicine space.2. I am an information junkie; I am subscribe to technology blogs (The Hustle & Medium Daily Digest), and read WSJ, NYTimes, Telegraph to be abreast of what is going around me.3. I would sum up my approach to my job as: collaborative, flexible, inclusive, embracing new ways of working, and aiming for excellence to drive performance improvements.
