Quality Assurance Manager
CurrentIn this role I lead the Written Standards (Control Document) team that manages, governs, and processes all policies and SOPs for GSK corporate and pharma R&D to ensure documentation is clear and complies with regulations. My responsibilities include building reports and data dashboards in Spotfire to visualize document metrics and improve data access, building models to identify correlations between SOP readability and quality metrics, and setting data integrity strategy and policy for the organization. I have also led revisions of GSK policies to simplify language and content delivery, manage special projects, and established a real-time voice of the customer feedback system to provide metrics on team performance and enable continuous improvement for processes and teams.
