About Carlos Alejandro Gallardo

I am an avid Salesforce Technical/Business Consultant and aspiring Solution Architect that loves the Salesforce platform and product ecosystem. During my 9 years of experience, I have been part of many different Salesforce projects ranging from blank slate implementations to post-implementation projects and legacy migration projects. I am a true believer in Salesforce's mission and vision to empower small, medium and corporate organizations to transition to the cloud, and Salesforce accomplishes this by offering a wide range of cloud products that enable clients to transform their business and processes. My strengths revolve around outstanding performance in high stress situations, effective team coordination and flexible in new work environments while still focused in achieving completion of tasks and projects.I am currently employed at Accenture as a Business Architecture Manager focused on expanding the practice's ever-growing Financial Service Cloud, Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity) and overall Salesforce platform initiatives. Furthermore, I like keeping my knowledge fresh with all things Salesforce platform, Salesforce Trailhead and any disruptive technology. I am also working on my platform declarative development and system architecture skills. My continuing education goals are to focus on the various consultant certifications. In addition, I am increasingly motivated in tackling the Salesforce Architect Domain Certifications and working towards gaining the necessary experience to be a Certified Technical Architect in the next 5-8 years.I am from the border cities of Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, and El Paso, Texas. I am fluent in English and Spanish and have beginner dominance of the Italian language.
