I am an Industrial Engineer (UPV), with specific education in MBA (ESIC) and MSc (Cranfield). My experience is focused on Product Innovation, Sustainability and Renewable Energy. Always goal oriented and learning from results.My motivation is to be part of a long-term national/international project where I can add skills and enthusiasm to the team to achieve the challenges that arise.I would highlight my ability to lead a united and involved team towards the goal.I am currently in the construction sector developing innovative solutions for EMAC Grup, a company that sets trends in the sector through the new products that we release every year as a result of the work of the development team that I lead. This effort has recently resulted in the award of a Red Dot to one of our systems.On the other hand, through EMAC I am a member of the Building Cluster, where we work to create better urban environments through innovation, sustainable growth and the improvement of competitiveness mainly through the industrialization of the sector.In addition, I have always been interested in issues related to renewable energies and sustainability in general, and for this reason, since 2022 I am Manager for Sustainability at EMAC Grup with the aim of leading a multidisciplinary committee towards the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). After 6 years working in the renewable energy sector, I believe that the sustainable path is the way for a better tomorrow.I love to learn and discover new things, from any sector, to apply to work every day and thus be able to provide innovative solutions to the needs that I detect in the market.This is where my "T" profile was born, connoisseur of many different topics and an expert in innovation, and for this reason I have been pivoting in different sectors and positions and my double postgraduate training, both business MBA and technical MSc.I am moved by embarking on new projects that I propose or propose to the company and in this way be an engine of change within the organization.Nowadays I am doing my first steps in Artificial Intelligence, an exciting world.My personal motto is "Don't stop", no matter how slow you go, if you don't stop advancing you can achieve great things.
