As Chief Operating Officer, I ensure that NCST has the resources and organizational expertise necessary to pursue its mission, including sound financial management, high functioning information technology, a comprehensive benefits plan, and other similar resources.

Responsible for directing NCST's accounting functions. These functions include establishing and maintaining the organization's budget, accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives. I also prepare financial reports and presents findings and recommendations to top management including our Board of Governors and Steering Committee.

Responsible for the operations of the Senior Asset Management team which works to facilitate the transfer of REO property from Financial Institutions to municipal and non-profit purchasers as well as overseeing NCST’s web based application, REOMatch™.

As SVP, Director of Special Programs I was responsible for the overall management of the Special Programs Administration Department in the solicitation, marketing, documentation, auditing, funding and securitization of single-family mortgage loans originated in partnership with governmental and/or non-profit sponsored housing programs. I led and motivated Sales and Administration personnel in the conduct of their responsibilities while aiding in career development and performance improvement. I performed budget forecasting to meet overall company objectives that included but not limited to, production volume, net income, and expense management.

Recruited to lead two of the largest affordable housing programs in the state of Arizona and tasked with creating unique branding strategies and campaigns. Designed and implemented communications strategy for launching new $300M affordable housing program that produced groundswell of positive media coverage leading to over 200 new first time homebuyers. Appeared on PBS program Horizonte, to discuss program launch. Established and conducted outreach campaign with more than 50 small to medium business owners to promote programs. Created business plan for new mortgage division. Awarded full board approval to establish new mortgage division. Successfully obtained Mortgage Banking License and negotiated an exclusive agency agreement with major financial institution.

Promoted in 2003 to lead daily business operations and facilitate merger with Great Southwest Mortgage the largest banking institution in Maricopa County. Reported to President and managed staff of 13 professionals. Successfully integrated new accounting procedures after merger. Designed and deployed a new telecommunications system reducing costs by over 45%. Developed policies and procedures for operations, hiring, layoffs and employee requirements. Developed and executed a successful marketing plan to save key multi-million dollar account

Recruited to develop and maintain high profile clients in Phoenix metropolitan area with combination of monthly reports and weekly office visits. Mission was to provide superior service to retain current business and build relationship for future business.

Served over 300 small to medium business clients. Developed relationships with company executives to increase telecommunications productivity while reducing overall telecom budget. Consistently exceeded sales quota through disciplined sales marketing approach.
