As the first internal content designer, I'm building the content design / UX writing practice at CaixaBank. My role involves not just collaboration with other UX and UI designers on the team to create the best possible experience for our clients. I'm also managing Content Ops and coordinating with external UX writers who support our team.

I currently teach Content Strategy on the online UX Design Master's Degree.From February 2022 until October 2023 I also teached a course on SEO and Content Design as part of the UX Writing postgraduate course.

I managed the internal and external communication of the Spanish branch of Experian CheetahMail (previously known as Emailing Solution): press releases, events, seminars, press relationship, employee and customer newsletters... I also managed the company brand change from Emailing Solution to Experian CheetahMail.

BCNMediaLab is a meeting point for journalists and professionals interested in the field of media and communication. We want to think about the problems, challenges and ways of taking our profession to the next level. We all start from a common idea: journalism has to reinvent itself. During the past few years we've organized 11 events, with debates around challenges and opportunities for journalism and presentations of new journalism start-ups.
