My responsibilities as processes manager were to maintain the company's processes according to the best practices in the market, identify improvement areas, generate proposals of organizational structures in order to achieve new processes, design flow diagrams, systemic diagrams, and functional organization charts, implement and document re-design processes, audit and keep track with performance proof of the company's processes, development and management of the company KPI's, among other things.My main activities are: operation processes analysis, development and management of performance metrics and audits in the following areas; Sales, marketing, Housing deed, construction, Design, Administration, finance and accounting and processes.Domain of ERP systems, such as Neodata.Domain of CRM systems, such as Sales Up!Achievements:-Processes Improvement, impacting on operational efficiency and cost reduction.-Establishment and monitoring of metrics in all departments of the company.-Improvement of processes in customer service and approach, creating a specialized department for pre-sale and post-sale monitoring.-Marketing and branding diagnosis. I taught the seminar of the specialized course in: Disney-style service and Leadership for gastronomic businesses in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Spaceland has been one of the most enriching experiences of my career. In this project I have been involved since the building construction , planning and creation of the business, development and park business operation.My main activities and responsibilities are:-Ensure the strategies and vision of the company-Transcendental decision making-Financial reports for shareholders, for decision making.-General supervision of accounting, sales and public relations, legal, administration, purchasing and suppliers, operation, marketing and design, human resources and maintenance departments.-Financial and cash flow planning.-Negotiation with customers, partners and suppliers.-Management of large work teams in a space larger than 18,500ft2.-Business model creation.-Administrative and financial controls.-Potential customers analysis.-Development of thematic and specialized events.-Market and trend analysis.Achievements:-Increase in annual visits by 30% (34K additional people per year)-Cost reduction by 40% over 4 years. (6.3M MXN per year)-Stabilization of income streams.-Realization of more than 5,500 events in 4 years.-Formation of a solid and committed team throughout the project-Development of new business models-Implementation of technologies, to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.

As the president of Yo x Mexico A.C. we established the goal of the NGO to "Potencialize Mexican success", it certainly is a big and very open goal, so we started several projects to empower the mexican people to develop first their way of thinking and acting, following to developing the country.In 2014 we created a summit with great speakers, including the former mexican president Felipe Calderón, among others, where we planned to motivate young people to go out and find opportunities and plant them in order to strengthen the country. For this event to be possible, I led a group of over 80 excellent people who worked for several months, which turned the event into a success. The results speak on their own, we received great comments and gratitude of the over 2,000 assistants.

While I was in Santander bank, I learned a lot thing related to real state, specially on credit applications, project files, profiling and visiting clients and managing credit processes.

This opportunity was an unforgettable experience, Disney International Programs, launched an announcement for university students, were they were going to choose from some cities and universities a bunch of students, to work for the summer long in an operation position in some of their theme and hotel parks in Orlando. The requirements where: Show great enthusiasm for service, to be flexible to work in different positions, and to be willing to work on the most demanding time of the year, as well to show liking to work with people with different cultures, and to have a minimum of 550 TOEFL, among other things. Our work schedule was from 40 to 45 hours per week, with the possibility to work extra hours and have the chance to work in grater positions.We were trained in the Disney University with the "College and International Interactive Learning Program", which described the philosophy, politics and operations on the Walt Disney Company, specializing in Service and Quality.
